The Moon on the Lotus Pond

Beside a starlit lotus pond, a princess asks her suitors to bring her the moon, and one by one they wade into the dark water after its reflection. A quiet gardener, watching from the bank, discovers that what cannot be held can still be perfectly enjoyed, and that love which demands drowning is not love at all.
